As an Interim Care Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of care services, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while delivering outstanding leadership to the care team. This interim position is vital for sustaining the quality and continuity of care during transitional phases.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Offer robust leadership and guidance to the care team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Compliance: Guarantee that all care services align with CQC regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Care Management: Supervise the creation and execution of tailored care plans for clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Assess and enhance the quality of care delivered, implementing necessary improvements.
  • Staff Development: Facilitate the training and professional growth of care personnel.

Qualifications:
