Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. You will be a key member of our management team, working closely with our store teams to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and sales techniques
- Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers and partners
- Contribute to the development of our store teams, providing coaching, training, and feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
