**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Reed, a leading recruitment agency in the construction industry. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and selecting suitable candidates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Selecting Candidates: Utilize various sources, including job boards, professional networks, and local market knowledge, to identify top talent for our clients.
  • Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct thorough screenings and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, document management, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, resourcing, or sales is highly advantageous.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
