Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Headteacher to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of teachers and support staff, as well as contributing to the development of school policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of teachers and support staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
  • Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the Headteacher and other senior leaders to achieve school improvement goals
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and support staff to enhance their professional development
  • Collaborate with other schools within the Trust to share best practices and improve student outcomes
