Position Overview
McGregor Baptist Church is in search of a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator for our Family Ministry. This role is essential in managing and facilitating the recruitment, training, scheduling, and support of volunteers, particularly within the Preschool Ministry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the recruitment process for volunteers, ensuring a diverse and committed team.
2. Conduct training sessions to equip volunteers with the necessary skills and knowledge.
3. Develop and manage volunteer schedules to ensure adequate coverage during ministry activities.
4. Provide ongoing support and guidance to volunteers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
5. Be available for additional tasks that may arise to assist the ministry as required.

Work Schedule:
The position requires availability on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, with flexible weekday hours to accommodate volunteers who have standard work commitments.
