RedRock Resourcing is seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations using advanced software in a client-facing role. This position offers career progression into an Implementation Consultant role, supported by technical training with languages such as SQL for database management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and address payroll needs to implement the product successfully.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues promptly.
  • Manage payroll databases (using tools such as SQL).
  • Run payrolls in line with HMRC PAYE Tax policies and calculations.
