This initiative encompasses the development of a steel-framed commercial structure, featuring a Starbucks outlet alongside an integrated car wash service. Key responsibilities include the assembly of the steel framework, installation of cladding, and integration of landscaping elements.



Contract:
£300 per day

  • Permanent: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum


As the Site Supervisor, you will lead and manage all aspects of the commercial project, ensuring that high standards of quality, safety, and timelines are consistently met. You will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and inspire on-site teams, including subcontractors, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Track project progress, budget usage, and resource distribution, making necessary adjustments as required.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.


Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, with a solid background in managing commercial new build projects, particularly those involving steel frame constructions.

In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and regulatory standards.

Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.

Possession of a CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
