Engineering Project Manager - Manufacturing & Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our Projects Team in Shropshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, delivery, and commissioning/installation of various projects across our organization, with occasional travel to Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project proposals and associated time, quality, safety, and cost plans
  • Plan, manage, and track multiple projects
  • Stay up-to-date with innovation and improvements in the FMCG environment
  • Design and installation of new/upgrades to process/packaging equipment
  • Organize permits to work for external contractors and manage their work
  • Apply modern project management principles
  • Deliver projects to time, cost, quality, and safety plans
  • Deliver business-wide projects involving high capital investment
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with health and safety legislation requirements
  • Deliver project supporting documentation in line with best practice
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in an FMCG environment
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering standards
  • Experience working in a complex industrial manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in delivering multi-million complex projects
