About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Prepare light meals and snacks
  • Engage in activities and hobbies with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00, with higher rates for evenings and weekends
  • Travel expenses reimbursed at £0.30-£0.45 per mile
  • Paid travel time between clients

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving license and own transport
  • Live in the Borehamwood, Potters Bar, Hatfield, or Welwyn Garden area
  • Available to work alternate weekends
