About the Role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Programme Commercial Advisory team as Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Principal Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' major programmes and organisations in setting a new standard of supply chain and commercial delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and communicate the key strategic levers to enable successful outcomes-driven commercial environments for clients.
  • Guide clients in understanding how to establish optimal commercial approaches throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • Contribute to translating a client's vision into effective and realistic commercial solutions, including incentivisation.
  • Deploy and/or optimise commercial management strategies, processes, tools, and systems using our standard methodologies and tailoring to client needs.
  • Connect and collaborate with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams (internally and externally).
  • Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders, at all levels.
  • Support clients to deliver change management.
  • Support key activities within the Programme Advisory team including internal development of commercial service transformation products and methodologies.
  • Identify, contribute to, and progress business generation opportunities where appropriate.
Requirements
  • Commercial:
    • A deep understanding of the Infrastructure, and/or Natural Resources markets and associated commercial requirements.
    • Awareness of the commercial lifecycle and how this supports clients.
    • Ability to understand and operate within large-scale, complex environments.
    • Experience of delivering projects within commercial / transformational environments.
    • Familiarity with construction industry context, models, and initiatives.
    • Qualified, or in an advanced process of becoming qualified in MCIPS, RICS or equivalent professional qualification is desirable.
  • Consultancy:
    • Excellent communication skills including active listening, presentation, and written communication.
    • The ability to provide insights to our clients through clean and succinct communications.
    • Flexible with a can-do attitude and a strong eye for detail.
    • Able to work and thrive in multi-stakeholder environments.
    • Experience of delivering change management.
