Position Overview: As a Key Stage 2 Teacher with The Supply Register Ltd, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and effective lessons to students across various grade levels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of students and align with the school's curriculum and policies.
- Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic success.
- Adapting teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students and maintain continuity of learning.
- Collaborating with colleagues and support staff to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication during periods of teacher absence.
Key Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience of teaching Key Stage 2 students, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and assessment requirements.
