The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team in Portsmouth. As a Store Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the management team and driving sales growth in our store. You'll be responsible for managing the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that our products are displayed in a way that showcases their quality and style.

Main Responsibilities
  • People
    • Build strong relationships with your team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and productivity.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
    • Manage conflicts and issues in a fair and professional manner.
  • Product
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
    • Ensure that our products are displayed in a way that showcases their quality and style.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Commercial

    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, including their needs, preferences, and behaviors.

    • Ensure that our store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and productivity.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
