About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Lead to join our Evri Send team, specializing in eCommerce. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customers to our website using a range of acquisition strategies and expertise in leveraging channels such as programmatic display, paid social, affiliates, and paid search.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Growth and Optimization: Deliver best-in-class Programmatic Display, Paid Social, and PPC campaigns to grow domestic and international acquisition for each of our target segments.
  • Campaign Management: Create, implement, and test campaigns with a high attention to detail across various platforms, including Google Ads/SA, Microsoft/Bing Ads, DV, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Programmatic Display Management: Day-to-day management and optimization of the programmatic display channel via the DV platform, making recommendations on improving account performance through better audience targeting, ad placements, and creative testing.
  • Agency Management: Manage our 3rd-party ad management platform to drive better performance from our display impressions.
  • Test and Learn Approach: Support the team in driving a 'test and learn' approach across all paid media ad copy and creative.
  • Creative Development: Effectively collaborate with marketing and in-house designers to develop creative content, landing pages, and other assets for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Affiliate Management: Get the maximum from our affiliate agency and set clear KPIs to improve channel performance in order to achieve the commercial targets in plan.
  • Customer Retention: Use Paid Media and promotions to retain and grow value from existing customers and get previous customers re-engaged and back onto the site.
  • Performance Analysis: Perform daily budget checks to ensure spend targets are being met and regularly report paid media performance to senior stakeholders.
  • Communication: Carry out campaign performance analysis and communicate campaign progress and results to team members.
  • Tracking and Reporting: Work with our Analytics Manager to ensure paid media tracking and reporting is set up and working correctly via campaign manager and GA4.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively contribute to weekly and monthly meetings while keeping abreast of industry news and updates.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree qualified or equivalent.
  • Paid Media Certifications: Google Ads certifications or other paid media qualifications (desirable).
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in a dedicated Digital Acquisition, Conversions, Performance Marketing role within a consumer-facing (B2C or C2C) eCommerce environment.
  • Paid Media Knowledge: Strong knowledge across Paid Media (Search & Social), Display, affiliates.
  • Channel Growth: Track record of growing channels and a customer base.
  • Agency Management: Experience managing digital agencies effectively (desirable).
  • Paid Media Platforms: Good experience working with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, FB Ads Manager, Programmatic, etc., and skilled user of Google Analytics.
  • Data Analysis: High proficiency in Excel and manipulating data from multiple sources.
  • Retail Experience: Previous work experience in a retail environment (desirable but not essential).
