About the Role

As a key member of our Car and Van Rental team, you'll work closely with management and other staff to deliver exceptional customer service and support the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consistently excellent customer care, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Contribute to promoting the branch and maintaining a customer-centric focus.
  • Be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and cover other branches as needed.
  • Possess a full UK driving license.
