Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. As an Apprentice Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
  2. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  4. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future defects
  5. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials

Requirements:

  1. Strong understanding of quality principles and practices
  2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  4. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methods
  5. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and technologies
