Client Services Coordinator

Position Overview
We are excited to announce an opening for a Client Services Coordinator to become a vital part of our Customer Service team at Culina Group.
In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients, delivering exceptional contract support and customer service in a dynamic and supportive atmosphere, ensuring a seamless professional experience for our valued customers.
Work Schedule: Tuesday 6pm-2am, Wednesday-Friday 6pm-6am.
Compensation: £26,416 per annum.
Key Responsibilities of the Client Services Coordinator:
Responding to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders. Upholding a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Accurately entering all jobs into the internal system to meet client specifications. Acting as a liaison with clients for any questions before collection or following delivery. Organizing tasks efficiently and cost-effectively. Implementing all changes in the internal tracking system and notifying the planning department as needed. Coordinating return and redelivery processes with clients, adhering to established protocols and ensuring all charges are documented. Collaborating with the Forecasting and Planning teams regarding urgent loads and any associated costs. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports as required, including Non-Conformance and Volume reports, within set deadlines.Required Qualifications
As a Client Services Coordinator, you should possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:
Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. Capability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with various departments, from Planning to Forecasting. Responsiveness to client inquiries with a focus on problem-solving and solutions. A high degree of flexibility, dedication, and motivation is essential for this position.Additional Information
