Position Overview:

Organon is seeking a skilled Electrical Lead to oversee our advanced manufacturing facility. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the stewardship and strategic direction of all electrical systems. This encompasses providing expert support in the formulation of electrical maintenance strategies, system modifications, ongoing enhancements, capital initiatives, and energy efficiency projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the electrical maintenance strategy for all electrical infrastructure.
  • Deliver technical expertise across a spectrum of electrical systems, including high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) sub-distribution, for capital projects and improvement efforts.
  • Contribute significantly to the management and evolution of broader engineering initiatives.
  • Administer the energy management program to ensure compliance with reporting and reduction targets.
  • Guarantee that all engineering projects and activities within your scope adhere to statutory regulations and site health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Maintain a current understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation and its implications.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience in a related engineering domain.
  • Familiarity with high voltage and low voltage systems.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of safe work practices, risk assessment, and change management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  • Experience in managing project budgets effectively.
