Job Summary:

A leading facilities provider is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing all planned and reactive maintenance tasks in plant, pumps, motors, and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks in plant, pumps, motors, and other equipment
  • Conduct boiler checks, AHU inspections, and fan coil unit maintenance
  • Carry out general pipework and mechanical maintenance tasks
  • Escort sub-contractors as required
  • Complete general paperwork and documentation

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds in Mechanical/Plumbing NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Proven track record in commercial maintenance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Working Hours:

7am to 7pm, 4 days on, 4 days off

Salary:

£25.00 per hour
