About the Role

Excelerate360 is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our company. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Training: Develop and implement onboarding processes for new staff, including training on internal systems and tools.
  • Asset Management: Register and package computer equipment for shipment to new employees, cleanse data, and maintain the Asset Register.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock levels and place orders with third-party suppliers as necessary.
  • Process Development: Create process documents and videos to assist onboarding and ongoing training of Business Development Executives.
  • CRM Management: Assist in the management of our internal Salesforce CRM, including data management, template creation, cadence development, user support, and report generation.
  • Lead Generation: Manage Excelerate360 outbound lead generation email campaigns and prospect list generation using our third-party data provider Cognism.
  • Data Management: Cleanse, deduplicate, and upload prospect data into Salesforce, and maintain the Data Sheet.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Accurately record daily, weekly, and monthly BDE activity statistics for internal and external reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
