We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Executive to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital channel strategy and ensuring that all content is impactful, creative, and aligned with our unified approach.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation: Plan, develop, and create engaging content for internal and external channels, including social media, email, and our company website.
- Brand Storytelling: Uncover and amplify brand stories through impactful content across various platforms, highlighting our company's values and mission.
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital campaigns, including email marketing and audience segmentation, to drive engagement and conversions.
- Content Calendar Management: Own and manage the digital content calendar, ensuring that all content is aligned with our marketing strategy and goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and measure the performance of our digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Channel Development: Identify new digital channels and content opportunities to shape future plans and stay ahead of the competition.
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives, including managing our global intranet and Group website.
- Proven Experience: Proven success in content development across multiple digital and social channels, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop/Canva and/or mobile video editing, with experience in social media measurement and reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written communication and copywriting skills for social and digital brand channels, with a passion for social media and digital channels.
- Collaboration: Collaborative work style with the ability to engage with different business units and functions, with a self-starter attitude and ability to take initiative.
