**Job Summary**
ATA Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Co Ordinator to join our team on an interim basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures, managing new hire induction safety training, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
* Manage and implement new hire induction safety training to ensure all employees are aware of safety protocols
* Handle customer returns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Perform regular monitoring, analysis, and improvement of health and safety procedures
* Manage site responsibility and contractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues using 8D's and 5 Whys
**Requirements**
* NEBOSH General certificate (IOSH as a minimum)
* CSCS White Card
