About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our Pre-operative Assessment department at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe preparation of patients for their upcoming operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out investigations and measurements in support of trained nurses, using your initiative to provide high-quality care to patients.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the wider team to deliver excellent patient care and experience.
  • Previous experience in the pre-op setting is desirable, but comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
