Second Charge Mortgage Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Second Charge Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Brooke Harrison Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality outbound sales calls to our customers, providing regulated advice, and ensuring that our customers receive the secured loan product they require.

• Conduct outbound sales calls to customers, providing regulated advice and ensuring that customers receive the secured loan product they require.
• Work within a regulatory framework to ensure that our customers respond and obtain the secured loan product they need.
• Meet sales targets and demonstrate a strong understanding of the mortgage and secured loan industry.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with our customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and adapt to changes in the market.

• Proven experience in outbound sales, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
• Current or recent experience of working in an outbound call environment.
• Ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to changes within the industry.
• Proven experience in objection handling and closing deals.
• Able to carry out processes in a compliant manner.
• Able to demonstrate achievements against a wide range of competencies.

The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, with a shift-based schedule that includes:

• Monday: 9am-8pm
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9am-5:30pm or 12pm-8pm
• Friday: 9am-5pm
• One Saturday in every 4 weeks: 9:30am-2:30pm
