Job Title: Production Operative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at PRS Recruitment Solutions Limited. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment in the production process with precision and accuracy.

  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Monitor the production line to ensure smooth operations, identifying and addressing any potential bottlenecks.
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with assembling components accurately, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in work, with a commitment to quality and excellence.
