Job Title: Pensions Team Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pensions Team Manager to join our team at the NHS Business Services Authority. As a Pensions Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving shared goals and objectives.
