We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us take our business to the next level. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced recruiters in the West Midlands area, known for their impeccable reputations, and contribute to exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and place candidates in construction-related roles
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and attract top talent in the construction sector
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our construction recruitment team

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency
  • Construction industry knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
  • A positive attitude and a desire to succeed
  • Ability to work as part of a team
