*As the sole franchise in the UK, we are poised for significant expansion with a *Central Kitchen & Distribution Center *established to ensure all products are produced to the highest standards before reaching our outlets.

We are currently seeking a *Central Kitchen Manager, *who will take charge of effectively planning, organizing, and overseeing all manufacturing and maintenance operations.

You will be equipped with the necessary resources and facilities to ensure that our Cinnabon products meet the required specifications while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Your expertise in Cinnabon products will be vital in driving continuous improvement to align with the company's goals.

*Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan, organize, and direct the manufacturing and maintenance processes to optimize cost efficiency
  • Utilize resources, equipment, and materials effectively to meet production forecasts
  • Achieve production targets while ensuring product quality that surpasses customer expectations
  • Implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising the company's objectives
  • Foster individual skill development and nurture your team to reach their full potential
  • Monitor equipment and processes to enhance kitchen productivity and develop plans for quality-driven production increases
  • Anticipate workload and staffing needs
  • Identify equipment and resource requirements, forecasting future needs
  • Supervise production line rehabilitation and ensure product specification stability
  • Execute tasks assigned by the Area Manager

  • At least 1 year of management experience in food production
