Aerospace Assembly Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team at a well-established manufacturing business in Birstall. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling metal drawers and cabinets in a modern, clean, and bright environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble metal drawers and cabinets using hand tools and following basic drawings and instructions
- Work with metal and plastic materials
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and high-quality production
Requirements:
- Experience in joinery, furniture manufacturing, window and door manufacturing, fitting, or mechanical assembly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Benefits:
- Permanent contract with full training provided
- Company bonus and life assurance
- Private medical care and overtime paid at a premium
- Monday to Friday working hours and circa £27,000 - £29,000 salary
