About the Role:
As a Lead Financial Analyst for Strategic Projects, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leveraging your exceptional networking skills to foster effective relationships within the Finance team and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of disrepair costs, utilizing your advanced Excel skills to manage extensive datasets and financial journals.
- Analyze diverse data sources to generate accurate reallocation journals for Property Services costs, ensuring compliance with established accounting standards and internal regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to financial challenges.
Work Environment:
This position requires you to be present in the office 1-2 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
Role Overview:
Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of financial analysis, from accounting and reallocation of entries to process enhancement initiatives. If you possess a creative approach to problem-solving and excel in delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in accounting systems such as SUN and Q&A.
- Experienced in handling large datasets.
- Part-qualified in finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
