Role OverviewWe are seeking experienced real estate brokers to leverage their expertise in the UK property market and bring their skills to our thriving Dubai office. Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition & Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors, providing expert advice on property transactions and investment opportunities in Dubai.
- Market Analysis: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the UK real estate market to offer valuable insights and advice to clients looking to invest in Dubai.
- Property Sales & Leasing: Manage the end-to-end process of property sales and leasing, including negotiations, contracts, and closing deals.
- Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Chestertons' portfolio and attract potential buyers and tenants.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Dubai team to ensure a seamless integration of services and provide a top-notch client experience.
- Experience: Proven track record of at least 1 year as a real estate broker in the UK, with experience in high-end residential and commercial properties.
- Licensing: Relevant real estate qualifications and certifications from the UK are a plus but not required mandatorily.
- Skills: Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of the real estate market trends and customer needs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to new market conditions.
