We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at the stunning St Sidwell's Point in Exeter. As part of Exeter Leisure, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talents in our cutting-edge Leisure Hub.
Responsibilities- Take charge of your daily treatment column, setting up your room and preparing for the day's treatments, prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth delivery to all guests.
- Deliver high standards of hospitality and customer care, consistently assisting each guest throughout their spa journey.
- Demonstrate respectfulness, patience, and tact to create a welcoming atmosphere for both spa members and day guests.
- Approach each guest holistically, focusing on their needs and expectations, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Continuously update your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest industry techniques and our procedures and standards.
- Work collaboratively as part of the team, contributing to daily operations, including reception duties, reservations, and cleaning tasks.
- Manage product and equipment inventory, ensuring a steady supply and maintaining compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
