This is an exciting opportunity to join Intermediate Capital Group's Investment Operations team as an Associate Director. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing support to front office staff and external fund boards to ensure smooth execution of deals. You will work closely with specialist teams to negotiate agreements with banking, administrators, and other counterparties, and ensure robust, effective, and efficient controls are in place.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex documentation and completion, including recap and amendment processes across all private investment funds.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Investment team for new deals, refinancing, restructures, and exits.
  • Work with administrators to ensure all banking facilities are available and ready for use.
  • Liaise with internal fund tax team, tax, and legal external counsels to ensure that the initial deal structure is set up, documented, and handed over successfully.
  • Manage deal mechanics, structure, and complexities with the performance and accounting team.

Requirements
  • Luxembourg private M&A market experience required.
  • Mid/Intermediate level previous experience working in Private Equity/Asset Management role or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Tax/Accounting qualifications are a strong plus.
  • European languages are a strong plus.
