We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our engineering business, you will be responsible for welding large steel components using MIG/TIG techniques.

• Weld steel components using MIG/TIG techniques, working with mild steel ranging from 3mm to 8mm thickness.
• Work in a team environment to weld large steel components, organizing and checking kits of parts before proceeding.
• Ensure all welds are of high quality, removing splatter and preparing components for inspection.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate welding.
• Identify opportunities for development and improvement within the team.
• Adhere to company procedures and Health and Safety standards at all times.

• Experience in MIG/TIG welding, with the ability to read engineering drawings.
• NVQ Level 3 in Fabrication & Welding / Plating & Welding is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Based within a commutable distance of our office.

• Full-time, permanent position.
• Salary: £15.00 per hour (negotiable after 3-month probation).
• Overtime available.
• 28 days holiday, including bank holidays.
