Job Title: Weighbridge & Quality Assurance Specialist

BOORTMALT, a leading malting company, is seeking a skilled Weighbridge & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct laboratory tests on raw materials and in-process products to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
    • Analyze results and maintain records and samples.
    • Classify, label, and store samples.
  • Weighbridge Operations
    • Perform thorough inspections of trailers before loading.
    • Ensure safe operation of the loading silo.
    • Take samples, label, and store them.
  • Health and Safety
    • Adhere to site safety and hygiene standards.
    • Comply with safety procedures, policies, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience in a laboratory or delivery environment.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Secondary education with grades A to C.
  • Malting qualification (desired).
  • Forklift driving license.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Writing and communication skills.
