Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with leads to optimize business outcomes.
  • Manage and implement new innovations to drive sales growth and meet business targets.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business.
  • Utilize technology to generate sales in diverse environmental and economic conditions.
  • Ensure effective management of sales visits and follow the sales process as set out in the Sales Induction Training and Development Guide.
  • Proactively work as a member of the sales team and demonstrate effective team working skills.
  • Evaluate each sales process to identify opportunities for improvement and drive profitability.
  • Sell customer extras to drive additional profit for the business.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are recorded on the relevant IT system and in line with GDPR.
