Job Title: Medical Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team at TRS Consulting Services Limited. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of our range of highly advanced CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout the South East.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of CT Computed Tomography Medical Imaging Systems
  • Installation and repair of high-value capital equipment
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Working collaboratively with our national team of engineers to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
  • Participating in full industry-recognised OEM product training on a range of CT Medical Imaging Systems
Requirements:
  • Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing high-value capital equipment
  • Qualification in electronics, engineering, electrical, or another relevant technical discipline
  • Impeccable customer service skills and a confident and professional manner in customer-facing environments
  • Flexible approach with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges
  • Full UK driving licence
