About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Agincare Group Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality meals to our residents, ensuring that their dietary needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and delivery of meals, adhering to health and safety guidelines and company standards.
- Create and maintain cooking and cleaning regimes for the kitchen, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive dining experience for our residents.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes, taking into account dietary requirements and preferences.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Cook who is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary care. You will have a strong background in food preparation and presentation, with a focus on quality and safety. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, as you will be working closely with colleagues and residents to provide a positive dining experience.
