Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of planning applications and documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct site appraisals and feasibility assessments to identify potential development opportunities.
  • Monitor development plan representations and provide comprehensive analysis to clients.
  • Deliver confidential and expert advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • Masters in Town Planning (RTPI accredited) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong ambition to achieve chartered status with the RTPI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
