In this position, you will report directly to the Head of Commercial Finance and be an integral part of a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Business Partner include:

  • Serving as a strategic financial advisor to the Sales team, delivering insightful analysis and guidance on business decisions while quantifying essential business drivers.
  • Utilizing expertise to contribute to sales forecasts for your designated channel, collaborating closely with broader business teams.
  • Taking the lead on financial aspects of significant business growth initiatives.
  • Managing the financial evaluation of promotional and trade investment opportunities.
  • Ensuring the precise and timely management of the commercial month-end process, including the reconciliation of trade spend accruals and cost center accounting.
  • Enhancing systems and reporting to improve both the quality of standard reporting packs and the efficiency of report generation.
  • Completing various ad hoc projects as necessary.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • A qualified Accountant with prior experience in commercial accounting.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with all levels within the organization.
  • Familiarity with Movex / M3 Software / SAP.
