Job SummaryWe're seeking a seasoned Presentation Design expert to lead our presentation design team and elevate our presentation standards. As the Head of Presentation Design, you'll be responsible for shaping and developing the talent within the presentation team, working closely with departments like US Marketing & Global Marketing, Medical, Consulting, PAVE, and Group functions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement change management strategies to maximize employee adoption and usage of presentation design tools.
- Effectively communicate the organizational design and structure of the presentation design team to internal clients.
- Lead the development of robust operational internal processes and manage the interface between Presentation and other departments.
- Collaborate with Capability Client Service and Project Management teams to understand agency business from a scope and workflow perspective.
- Grow the presentation pipeline by developing, communicating, and driving initiatives that will help Avalere Health meet and exceed goals and client expectations.
- Regularly consult with Capability teams and Departments to drive presentation cohesiveness, creative elevation, and innovation across the business.
- Actively participate in new business and presentation design work.
- Proactively provide direct feedback to team members to improve the quality of work provided to clients and client teams.
We're looking for a true PowerPoint expert with leadership skills and a passion for the creative process. You'll need:
- 5+ years of presentation design experience.
- Familiarity with planning tools.
- Line management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
