About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Associate to join our dynamic maintenance team at BEST Fitness, Inc.

As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our club facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily inspections of club facilities to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to tackle complex maintenance projects and ensure timely completion
  • Assist with special events and projects, such as setup and teardown, to ensure a seamless experience for our members
