**Job Summary**

LJB & Co is seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to join our team in Central London. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components to ensure required specifications and standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities & Requirements:**

  • Conduct electrical design reviews to identify design gaps and deviations or contradictions in specifications.
  • Ensure technical assessments are completed as required and technical issues are resolved without delay.
  • Update and record progress on system trackers which are fully aligned with the construction schedule.
  • Review electrical installations with the BIM team to ensure designs are constructible and there is adequate space for installation and maintenance.
  • Complete electrical system walk-downs to ensure systems are compliant with specifications and drawings.
  • Develop and execute test plans to evaluate the performance and reliability of electrical systems and components.
  • Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards of workmanship and reliability.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven years of experience in Electrical Engineering within construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, materials, and relevant codes and standards.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
