Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and transportation services, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular vehicle checks and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain professional competence and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize service delivery and improve patient outcomes.
- Previous experience in patient transport or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic first aid and manual handling training.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
