Job Summary:

BioTalent is partnering with a leading Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) to recruit a Research and Development Scientist to support the development of next-generation purification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement computational methods for predicting protein property prediction and protein-resin interaction behavior.
  • Design and execute molecular dynamics simulations to generate in silico biophysical data.
  • Analyze and interpret data to support model development and validation.
  • Develop and maintain algorithms and workflows for data analysis and visualization.
  • Communicate results to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and data summaries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality and safety standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in biophysics and molecular dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Experience with in silico modeling, structural biology, molecular biology, or biophysics.
  • Background in computational method development and molecular dynamics simulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Working towards MSc or MPhil/PhD in a relevant field.
