If you are a qualified Speech and Language Therapist with experience in early years, we invite you to explore this opportunity to advance your career.

- Supporting and training Early Years Practitioners in the application of the WellComm toolkit to enhance early identification of needs within targeted settings
- Upskilling the early years workforce throughout the project duration
- Identifying a communication champion in each targeted setting and providing enhanced training and support
- Engaging families of children requiring additional support and conducting workshops for parents/carers to boost their confidence and awareness of strategies to assist their child's needs
- Collaborating with the independent evaluation partner to monitor and assess the project's impact
