Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Robotics Software Engineer - Autonomy to join our team. As a key member of our robotics team, you will be responsible for developing autonomous systems, shaping new products, and developing solutions to real-world problems in the domain of maritime robotics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop autonomous systems using your experience to shape new products and develop solutions to real-world problems in the domain of maritime robotics.
  • Work on the navigation, planning, exploration, and control of robotics systems for operation in complex and challenging environments.
  • Use your experience building and deploying production-level autonomy solutions to help shape the technology and processes we use to develop.
  • Get hands-on experience trailing and evaluating advanced robotic vehicles in the water.

Requirements

  • Experience working on the navigation, planning, exploration, and control of robotics systems.
  • Experience building and deploying production-level autonomy solutions.
  • Knowledge of computer vision techniques, such as SLAM.
  • Experience working with 3D and video data, including mesh and point clouds.
  • Experience with 3D simulation, such as Gazebo.
  • Industry experience with building robotics solutions.
