Job Summary:

Integral UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site-Based Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining MEP systems on site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing technical support to the Integral Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain all MEP systems on site, including MV/LV electrical isolations and operations, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that specialist vendors' service visits are completed efficiently, and quality of work is inspected and recommendations are communicated to the Integral Supervisor.
  • Participate in health and safety compliance activities, such as hazard/near miss reporting and regular attendance/completion of scheduled toolbox talks.
  • Liaise with the supply chain to order M&E components for remedial/corrective works.
  • Take ownership of site operations, including plant rooms, and ensure they are maintained to the required show site standards.
  • Complete elogbooks PPM/reactive tasks efficiently, ensuring tasks are acknowledged and completed within SLA.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in building services environments.
  • Electrical engineering apprenticeship or similar.
  • FCU servicing and experience.
  • C&G Pts. 1 & 2, equivalent or exceeds.
  • 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (Ability to attain 18th Edition through additional training if you have 17th Edition).
  • Simmtronic lighting control system understanding and/or proficiency.
  • Emergency lighting testing, fault reporting, and fault-finding skills.
  • Elogbooks CAFM system use and experience or similar system.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with all levels of staff.
  • Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficient use and understanding of email communication with colleagues and clients as required.
  • Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm, clear thinking, and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
