Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Assistant to join our established Financial Planning team. As a Financial Planning Assistant, you will provide sales support to Independent Financial Planners, assist in obtaining new business, and administer new and existing life, pension, and investment business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide sales support to Independent Financial Planners to assist in obtaining new business and efficient servicing of existing business.
  2. Administer new and existing life, pension, and investment business, ensuring compliance with Company procedures.
  3. Provide PA support to Financial Planners, including maintaining all standards of performance as required by the Company.
  4. Comply with Company Compliance, TCF, T&C, financial crime, and anti-money laundering procedures at all times.
Requirements
  1. Understanding of a range of products provided by the Company, including pensions, investment, life assurance, etc.
  2. Computer literate, with competence in using various software, including Microsoft packages.
  3. Knowledge of back office administration system (desirable).
  4. Telephone/communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  1. Certificate in Financial Planning or working towards.
  2. Experience of working in a similar customer service/sales environment in financial services.
  3. Flexible, adaptable, and organized.
