About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Driver/Fitter to join our team at STARK Building Materials UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of our tool hire equipment in the workshop, ensuring it is in excellent condition for our customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice and solutions to deliver an outstanding experience.
  • Utilize our in-house systems to process customer orders, organize tool hire delivery and collection, and keep customers informed throughout their journey.
  • Deliver tools and provide customers with clear guidance on their use, ensuring they feel confident and supported.
  • Work in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements
  • Previous industry experience is preferred but not essential.

  • A full driving license (manual transmission) is required.
