Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Assystem GmbH. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of electrical projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in electrical project management, preferably in the nuclear energy sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
